Car Parking is FREE and a 5 minute walk to the campsite.

By Road

  • If you have a Sat Nav, put the venue’s postcode into it (NG24 2NY) and it should give you a step by step guide on getting there.
  • Alternatively, use a route finder e.g. Google maps, in order to plan your journey from wherever you are travelling from.

From London

  • Take the A1 (signs for The North/Peterborough).
  • Take the A46 exit towards A17/Sleaford/Lincoln/Newark.
  • At the roundabout, take 1st exit onto A46, turn left to stay on A46.
  • At the second roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Drove Ln and Newark Showground will be on your right.

From Birmingham

  • Take the A38 (signs for Coventry/Wolverhampton/Lichfield/B’ham Airport)
  • Take the M6 (towards London)
  • At junction 2, take the M69/A46 exit (towards Leicester and Coventry)
  • Merge onto the M69
  • At junction 3, take the M1 exit (towards Nottingham)
  • Take the A46 exit (signs for Braunstone Frith/Kirby Muxloe/B5380)
  • Follow signs for A46/Leicester North/Newark and continue along the A46
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Drove Ln and Newark Showground will be on your right.

From Manchester

  • Take the M67 (signs for Denton/A57/Hyde/Barnsley/Sheffield)
  • Follow the A57
  • Follow the A628
  • At the roundabout, take the third exit onto A616
  • Take the M1 (signs for London/Sheffield/Rotherham)
  • Exit onto the M18 (signs for Hull/Doncaster)
  • Take the A1 exit
  • Take the A46/17 (signs for Sleaford/Newark/Lincoln)
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A46
  • At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Drove Ln and Newark Showground will be on your right.

By Train

  • You can reach Newark North Gate station directly via London, Newcastle, Leeds, Peterborough, Doncaster, Grantham, Retford, Lincoln and Collingham.
  • You can reach Newark Castle station directly via Lincoln, Leicester, London St Pancreas and Nottingham.
